Food was very good. Will go back again. Prices are also very important when traveling with a large group of children. Staff were very attentive to all of our needs.

Rude service, treated us like we were nothing. Food was tastless and had very small portions, left still feeling hungry. This place was absolutely terrible. Even though there service was absolute trash they charged us with a 15% tip added to the bill. Never go here unless you want to be disappointed, waste your money or if you want to ruin the rest of your night. Better off throwing all your money down in the gutters.

I stopped in to get egg rolls and I noticed the place is worn and filthy. Then the lady actually grabbed my money out of my hand and snarled and I said you’re not too friendly and she snarled again so I decided to take my money back and not eat at that filthy place.

This place is filthy. The food is mediocre. When we were given the bill, they automatically added 15% tip to the total, and there is still a "tip" row on the credit card for you to add tip. Sick of these tricks. If you want to go just watch for it.

The food was okay. The seats and tables were all sticky. The seats were also very cracked and had food crumbs inside of them. There was a lot of screaming in the kitchen that you couldnt help but here. There was also a large abount of gum under the tables. The bathroom had dried piss on the seat and on the floor. I will never go back there again.

Walked in with my family excited to eat. We used the restroom and almost got sick from how nasty it was. The smell was like a porter potty. The pee is thick and yellow on the floors and walls you can tell it hasn't ever been cleaned. The kitchen looked awful so we left. They should be shut down.

This place doesn’t have the best first impression. When my family came in and was seated, our bowls had white goo sticking to the inside of it. When we told the employees, they gave us excuses. The food has a good taste, though it is too fried. You might say that this restraint has a low budget, but it’s clear the effort and service is dialed to a minimum.

The sweet and sour pork was not appealing at all. We ordered a dish of bear and the broccoli was cold, the tomato was raw, and it overall did not have a good taste. The tea wasn’t even tea, it was water. We even needed to cancel some dishes because it was so bad. Definitely do not recommend you to come to this place.

The food is authentic chinese food and you can customize the dishes. The customer service was good. The food was good overall, some dishes tasted better than the other. The restaurant's decor was not great. It is obvious that it's main purpose was to quickly make the food and feed the customers. Seeing that it is in West Yellowstone, I will recommend it if you want authentic chinese food.

We had excellent service and great food. We ate there twice because it was so good. I suspect that the people that complained were rude themselves, or this was the first restaurant they visited in West Yellowstone. Every Restaurant in West Yellowstone is expensive. We had a great experience and would recommend China Town to anyone. They only charge 15% on large groups. Like most every other restaurant in the US.

I've been to worse chinese restaurants, but not many. Food was done in less than 5 min , which means it was probably nuked. Bathrooms were very poor. Food tasted ok, but my sesame chicken was hard , which proved my first point.

Really disappointed by this place, good was alright but service and other stuff was not good. Little things like charging for rice and tea felt cheap but I maybe it's normal for a tourist restraunt. The food came out SUPER fast, like 5 minutes and 8 dishes flew out. Feels like it's precooked or microwaved. The inside party room had a stale moldy smell so we sat in the main area. But their blinds were not effective at all so half of us were burning up. The food itself was alright, food was a little more sweet than I like. But it's pretty common in "chinese" food in America. Stay away from the mapo tofu though, it's sour and not good.I usually have more leniency for tourist restraunts but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Well I wonder why this is so low rated. This actually tastes good except it’s a bit salty. Typical American-Chinese food but also a good bite for Chinese tourists. Price is high as any restaurant here but is at least really good.

Terrible service towards Asian. I can see they treat white ppl politely but when it came to the Asian, they were rude, extremely rude. Very disappointed at my own Asian ppl like these ppl. I'd do zero star if I could. Didnt want anyone to spit in my food so I had to be nice and polite back despite their rudeness. Will never recommend this place ever!

Many of the reviewers stated that this restaurant added a tip onto their bill without telling them but we did not have that problem at all. Contrary to the other reviews the food was delicious and the service was great! This is not a fancy place. It is kind of a hole in the wall but we enjoyed the lo mein and fried rice! We would come back!

Faster than fast food restaurant! We were in and out within 45 min! Basic deco by food is very tasty. So good we went back a second time during our 4 nights! Tried elk and bison. We went after 8:00 and in non peak season, otherwise there's long wait.

Get the steamed dumplings! I'm not sure if they are made on site but they are definitely homemade. The shell is think and the meat inside was full of flavor. I also had the veggie fried rice which I had to ask them to refry a little bit to make.it more crispy. The flavors were delicious though. My husband had the moo goo goo pan and loved it! The service wasn't the friendliest but it was prompt and to the point. The place was filled with Chinese people so that is always a good sign. (Unlike the other big Chinese restaurant in town that we walked out of). NOTE: they automatically add a 15% tip to the bill.

I ordered few entrées to go. One of them was shrimp with green beens. When I set down to eat at my hotel room, I discovered there were no shrimp. I know I paid for shrimp with beans. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. They are very expensive as well. I have never heard of a Chinese restaurant where you have to pay for even plain rice. I should have read some of the reviews before I went there. Stop and think before you waste your money at this place.

Other reviewers are spot-on about the dilapidated interior and unsmiling service. However, the quality of the food is quite impressive. Many older Chinese restaurants along both coasts have been taken over by new immigrants, who brought authentic cooking styles straight from China. The restaurant has bison and elk on the menu. If this is offensive to you, please skip the rest of the review. We ordered the bison stir-fry with scallions. Bison meat tastes just like, well, beef. I have no clue whether we've been had or not, but it was downright delicious.

Be aware the menu on the outside is misleading on food and price. Waiter is rude and not willing to change or adjust meals at your request. Staff and waiter need customer service training. This is the WORST experience I have had in a Chinese restaurant.

The worst restaurant I’ve been to. If possible, I would give this place negative stars. I’m Chinese and I’ve never been to a Chinese restaurant compared to this. Their logo is something along “specializing in all Chinese dishes”. Funny, what they really specialize is poor quality. The service and cleanliness of the restaurant is unbelievably utter trash. The lights are dim and flicker ALL the time and the restaurant hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. They force you to tip. You DONT get what you pay for. The food is bland. Please, believe me and don’t go to this restaurant. Only Gordon Ramsey can help this restaurant. They’re practically a scam.

I ate at this restaurant tonight with some friends(we are out of time visitors) the service was terrible. The gentleman waiter acted as if he was doing us a favor being there. He never offered any water or return to our table to take our order. When ordering our food we asked if they could add something to my friends rice dish- they had no flexibility. The food was bland at best. They really need to immediately change their customer services practices. Out of town visitors should patronize a restaurant that appreciates their customers.

Read the reviews, but went anyway. Service was friendly, talked to the owner for awhile about China. Service was prompt. Had some great Szechuan-style spicy string beans. Also shrimp, chicken, and a noodle dish. Hot and sour soup. All were good quality and nicely prepared. The menu said they would add 15% tip, but when I got the bill, it wasn't on there. They said that is for parties of six or more. I tipped 15%. I would definitely go back. It wasn't gourmet, but nothing wrong with it.

Don't expect Americanized Chinese food here and you'll be fine. The hunan beef, kung pao chicken, and cashew chicken were delicious, but they weren't American Chinese. This is a foodie's delight!
